These terms set out the basis on which Tail Trek Adventures provides dog walking and pet care services. By booking with us you agree to these terms.
We provide dog walking and pet visits (including puppy visits, drop-in visits and cat & small-pet feeding) as agreed with you. All new clients begin with a free meet & greet so we can assess suitability and agree the details of care.
You confirm that your dog is fully vaccinated, in good health and, to the best of your knowledge, has no history of aggression you have not disclosed. Please tell us about any medical conditions, medication or behavioural needs. We reserve the right to decline or end care where a dog poses a risk to itself, other animals or people.
We hold public liability and pet-care insurance, including cover for the animals in our care. In an emergency we will always act in your pet's best interests and seek veterinary treatment where necessary; you agree to meet reasonable veterinary costs incurred.
Any keys held are coded (never labelled with your address), stored securely and used only to provide the agreed services. You may request their return at any time.
Booking arrangements, rates and payment terms will be confirmed with you directly. We ask for reasonable notice of cancellation; specific notice periods will be agreed at booking. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices and may vary with your requirements.
In extreme weather (such as storms or dangerous heat) we may shorten or replace a walk with a garden break and enrichment to keep your dog safe. Your pet's welfare always comes first.
We take great care of every animal in our charge. Except where caused by our negligence, we cannot accept liability for illness, injury, loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
