Dog walking in Dovecot from £13
Tell us about your dog — same-day reply.
Dovecot is a settled, green-edged suburb on the eastern side of Liverpool, sitting comfortably between Knotty Ash, Broadgreen and Roby. Its open street plan and the parks close by make for genuinely easy walking, whatever the weather, and we're the friendly insured pair who'll keep your dog happy and well-walked here. We're Heather and Jake, and Tail Trek Adventures is our local dog-walking service.
With us your dog sees the same two people every time — small, settled groups and a photo with a few honest words about how the walk went, sent the moment you're home from work. We're not an app or an agency; we're neighbours who take real care over each dog we walk.
Dovecot Park is the everyday go-to — nearly 14 acres of open green with flat, even paths that make a safe, unhurried walk for any age or size of dog, and room for a group to spread out without getting under each other's feet. When there's time for more, Springfield Park's lawns and woodland are a short way north in Knotty Ash, and the landscaped grounds of Court Hey Park, on the old Wildflower Centre site, sit close by towards Broadgreen for something a little more scenic.
Swapping between the three stops walks becoming a routine plod, and each has its own character — Dovecot for a quick, reliable leg-stretch, Springfield for a proper run, Court Hey for a calmer wander. We always choose the one that suits your dog's age, energy and confidence on the day.
Between the commute and the daily rush, no dog should be left waiting from morning to night. A midday group walk, a one-to-one, a puppy call or a quick drop-in — we build each visit around your hours and collect from and return to your Dovecot door for free, starting with a no-pressure meet and greet so everyone's comfortable. When rain leaves the wooded edges of Springfield and Court Hey muddy, towels come as standard and your dog is cleaned up before it's back indoors; in high summer we keep to the shade and the cooler hours.
Everything your dog needs, right here in Dovecot.
