Dog walking in Netherley from £13
Tell us about your dog — same-day reply.
Netherley wraps around Liverpool's green south-eastern edge, a community-minded suburb where playing fields, brook paths and the local woods are only ever a few streets away. That much space on the doorstep makes it a genuinely good place to own a dog, and we're the insured local pair who'll help yours make the most of it. We're Heather and Jake, and Tail Trek Adventures is our L27 dog-walking service.
You'll always get the same two familiar faces, small settled groups, and a photo with a few honest lines about the walk sent over afterwards. No booking app and no rota of strangers — just two neighbours who love the job and look after your dog the way we'd want ours looked after.
Netherley Park is our steady everyday choice — level paths and wide playing fields that give an energetic dog room to stretch out and chase a ball. When a dog wants calm instead, the Netherley Brook corridor is the one we reach for: a quiet, tree-lined strip where a nervous or older dog can potter and sniff away from passing traffic.
Up the road, the recreation ground at Belle Vale Park opens out again for a good run and a game of fetch. Moving between the three keeps things fresh, chosen on the day to suit your dog's age, energy and confidence.
A dog shut in from breakfast to teatime has a long, dull day of it. A midday group walk, a solo outing for a dog who prefers their own company, a puppy call or a quick drop-in — we shape each visit around your hours and collect from and return to your Netherley door at no extra cost. Every new dog starts with a free meet and greet, so you can size us up with no pressure first.
The brook paths and woods turn properly claggy after rain, so towels ride along as standard and your dog comes home wiped down rather than trailing L27 mud through the hall. In high summer we favour the shaded corners and the cooler ends of the day, and for an anxious dog the hush of the brook corridor is a gentle place to build trust one walk at a time.
Everything your dog needs, right here in Netherley.
